  • Application refers to the Memento – Daily Video Journal software program provided by the Company, downloaded on any electronic device.
  • Application Store refers to the digital distribution service operated by Apple Inc. (Apple App Store) or Google Inc. (Google Play Store) where the Application is available.
  • Company (referred to as either “the Company,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to On Hand Apps.
  • Device means any device that can access the Service, such as a computer, cellphone, or digital tablet.
  • Service refers to the Application.
  • Terms and Conditions (also referred to as “Terms”) mean these Terms and Conditions that form the entire agreement between You and the Company regarding the use of the Service.
  • You refers to the individual accessing or using the Service or the company or other legal entity on whose behalf such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Subscriptions

Subscription Period

Some parts of the Service are available only with a paid Subscription. Subscriptions renew automatically under the same terms unless canceled before the renewal date.

Cancellation

You may cancel Your Subscription through the Application Store or by contacting Us. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no refunds will be issued for the remaining period.

Billing and Fee Changes

All billing is managed through the Application Store and subject to its terms. Subscription fees may change, and notice will be provided before any changes take effect.

In-app Purchases

The Application may include In-app Purchases for additional features or content. All transactions are managed by the Application Store and subject to its terms. Refunds, if applicable, are processed directly by the Application Store.

Termination
